When you add oatmeal to a meatloaf, do you count it as cooked or uncooked?

Uncooked. Cooked has water added.

I would have guess cooked because it is there to draw moisture from the meatloaf. What do you think Susan?

You put it in dry you use the dry info. (WINK)
