  • It sure is quiet again on here......

    I am doing awful this week. I have so much stress in my life. I am having anxiety attacks, shortness of breath, chest pains.....it stinks! Since I don't have any medications to calm myself, I have been turning to high fat foods. NOT the right answer!!!! I am hoping by coming here and confessing I will do better.

    Hubby works in a family business and he is having problems with his brother. It just makes it so much worse than regular business cr*p when it involves family. I think things are settling down for the moment. Of course, you never know how long that will last.....

    Back to pushing water and planning meals for me. I need to do this. It will probably help to REDUCE my stress! Plus if I lost weight, I would feel better to begin with.

  • (((( Sharon )))) I'm sorry things are stressful for you right now. I apologize to all for not checking in regularly since we've been back. I'm still out of sync, especially with dh being home. He goes back to work tomorrow. I've been a slug at working out as well. I'm back on track though with my eating though.
    Sharon find you a quiet place to just catch your breath and relax a bit. I'll keep good calming thoughts for you.
  • Sorry to hear that things aren't going so great Sharon. Remember you can always come here and vent we are here for you! Hopefully things will get better soon! I sure can relate to the comfort foods being like medication.
    Try the deep breathing techniques...these should help you with your anxiety attacks. Do them several times a day...I hope this helps.
