I've walked nearly 300 miles since February, kept up a steady, relatively healthy eating plan since the end of January, and it has really paid off.

These used to be my really tight jeans. Now... well, let the picture speak for itself.


Those are a size 12, super-stretch and were worn in for a couple years. Probably stretched out to a size 14

I have a nice butt. It's still big, but it's perky and that's what I love. No more droopy pants!
