I have had a hard time REALLY seeing a difference in what I look like now that I have lost some weight. I guess when you take it off kinda slowly, you don't notice the differences as much as if you lost weight fast. Anyway...I seriously avoided the cameras since I had gained all this weight over the past few years so I have had a hard time finding 'before' pics of me. My dad had taken some pics of the family all together on the holidays (Thanksgiving & Christmas) and I happened to be here and there in them. So, I cropped the pics to show just me. The first 2 pics are of me at about 255 at Thanksgiving and Christmas. The 3rd pic is of me yesterday at about 213. I know I still have a loooooong way to go, but I can now say that I definitely see a difference. Anyway...just thought I would share with the rest of you all!

DEFINITELY a change from the 2nd to 3rd picture! We all know that cameras can be deceptive, and the 1st picture is one of those "hey, I don't look too chubby here!" pictures. But you can tell you've lost weight from the 1st to the 3rd, too ... your cheekbones are much more defined now. You have a healthy glow and have that telltale ecstatic smile that most of us have in our 'during' and 'after' pictures.

I like your hair in the last pic.

I see a tremendous difference. Nice going!

Thanks so much, everyone! Ya know, the thing that really gets me is how OLD I looked in those first 2 pics...kinda haggard. I am 29 and definitely should not have looked that old! Again...still have a long way to go, but it's a start!
