I just saw one of your posts and noticed that: you are in Idaho (!) and had started out with my stats, have the same goal as me, only I am just starting out. I'm wondering if I can ask you some questions-- I'm curious as to how long you've been at it, and what your diet/workout regimen has been. I just had my third baby and am wondering if I should try something new...
