    Hope every one has a happy week-end and a good WI on Sunday or Monday.

    I see some of you have cooled off a little.....Enjoy. Still in the low 90's here in Florida but this is normal in August for us.

    Had Chinese last night and my scales were up 2 lbs. today....well it was a treat to have it and I'll drink my water for sure today.

    Howdy all~
    Just dropping in real quick to let ya know I'm back. We got in at 2 a.m. this morning. The animals are happy to see us and are glad to be home!! I'll catch up later with the board. Hope everyone is doing well.

    Been very quiet on this board. Everyone is busy getting children ready for school and vacations I believe.

    Think the challenge fell apart.....I am still going for my 20 lbs....however I am now shooting for 15 instead, only losing about 1lb. a wk. but hey, I'll take it.

    Glad your home safe and I know the animals are happy!!
