Fabulous Friday, 8/4/06

    d: not sure...maybe chicken on the grill with baked potato and veggies
  • Breakfast
    Plain puffed wheat cereal
    Skim milk
    Banana

    Lunch
    LO pinto beans
    LO roasted new potatoes
    2 T. Guacamole

    Dinner
    Either macaroni and cheese with broccoli (ww rotini, FF cheese, broccoli and skim milk) or broiled fish and salad. Haven't quite decided.

    EDIT: I found more stuff in the work fridge, leftovers from yesterday, so I had a some of that and saved the rest for tomorrow. I ate only a little bit of the guac and gave the rest to Judd.

  • Protein - give me protein!

    Breakfast: cottage cheese/tropical fruit cup (I am starting to LOVE these things!), decaf w/cream

    Lunch: vietnamese restaurant?? maybe noodle soup w/meat, veggies?

    Snack: fresh blueberries

    Pre-gym snack, banana, cheese string

    Dinner: LO chicken, roast potatoes, steamed baby carrots

    Lunch: Eggbeater omelet, FF feta cheese

    Dinner: Salad with FF honey dijon and everyone's cucumbers at the table; Grilled pork chop, baked potato, fresh green beans (smart balance light for points)
