Chocolate Shake

  • Chocolate Shake

    1/4 cup hot water
    1 and 1/2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
    4 pkg. sugar substitute (Splenda, Equal, or equivalent amount of stevia)
    2 cups FF milk
    Ice cubes

    Take about 1/4 c hot water and stir in 1 and 1/2 tbsp of baking cocoa and 4 packs of sugar sub. until well blended. Cool. Then put in the blender with 2 cups ff milk. and ice cubes. Blend till looks like a milk shake. I kept adding ice till I got the consisitancy I wanted.

    It was pretty good.
  • I made this with 1 1/2 cups of milk and when I added the ice my blender was almost overflowing! Pretty good though.

    Just a reminder though that 2 cups of dairy is your maximum daily allowance. So if I made the shake with the 2 cups of milk that you recommended I couldn't have any laughing cow
  • Tigrre - Laughing Cow is considered CHEESE and cheese is not considered Dairy on this plan. Dairy including yogurt is limited to 2 to 3 cups per day. Check out the Phase I Revised Food List in the FAQ section.
