Can any one tell me how to calultae the points. I know there is a formula using calories, and fiber, but Im not sur how its done. I am not currently on ww, but I was wondering how my eating is measuring up.
For example"
Yesterday I ate
A half a banana with a tsp of honey, and 1 tbs of Peanut butter on 2 slices of double fiber toast.
lunch was a lean frozen dinner
snack was 1/4 c salsa with 2 tbs ff refried beans, 2tbs ff sour cream on celery.
dinner was beef stroganoff:
.33 lb ground chuck
.33 cup reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
mushrooms and onions
1/2 c egg noodles
