Mighty Monday Menu -- July 31, 2006

  • Breakfast
    2 scrambled eggs with salsa
    Skim milk
    Banana

    Lunch
    Tuna salad with tuna, boiled egg, celery, onion, apple, relish and FF Miracle Whip
    Carrot sticks

    Dinner
    Tilapia filets (or LO salmon -- will decide later)
    Big salad with lettuce, purple onion, radishes, tomatoes, and balsamic vinaigrette dressing

    Snacks when needed
    Strawberries and SF/FF cheesecake pudding
    FF cottage cheese with pears canned in 100% juice
  • Breakfast: lf/sf yogurt, fresh blueberries

    Lunch: 2 hb eggs/lf mayo, onion, cut up veggies
    1 banana

    Snack: cottage cheese fruit cup

    Pre-gym snack: grapes

    Dinner: tbd

  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal and fresh blueberries

    Lunch: LO Core Cornmeal chicken

    Dinner: Chipotle burrito bowl (grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato salsa, hot salsa, pinto beans, guacamole, and cheese for points); brown rice made with chicken broth at home
  • Vickie I forgot to tell you that I LOVE the burrito bol....but I still haven't been good enough to pass up the rice. But it's still not bad for a person and it's so tasty!
