Need a drill sargeant type to make me stay on track, any volunteers?

  • i just feel so tired after working 9 hours a day and coming home to 3 kids(3,7 and 9) that it just feels like i never make the time to exercise, i know the time is there if i wanted it to be, but i always seem to be doing laundry or taking/picking up a kid form somewhere or doing other mommy duties to exercise. and the thought of eating 6 small meals a day just seems crazy to me, if i start off with breakfast I'm hungry all day. so i skip breakfast and only eat a large lunch, then at dinner i cook so am usually to hot from the oven to actually eat, so i just nibble. But i know i use food for everything, a reward, a pick me up, a boredom killer, etc. I hear myself telling my kids not to eat just because they are bored and i don't give them food treats as a reward cuz i don't want them ending up like me, so why is it so hard to do as i say????!!! my husband acts as if i am fine how i am, 170!!!!!, don't think so, all the other young moms are skinny in our neighborhood, and i just want to be athletic and have the confidence to play with my kids without having to cover up or worry what is jiggling when i run.

i need someone to really stay on my case and hold me accountable for what I do/don't do.

    any volunteers?????
  • you should three meals a day because your body will go into starvation mode and store fat. try to exersise even if it's a walk around the block.
