Everyone Weigh In 07/28/06

  • It's time again for the general 3FC's weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join. Just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, all.

    Me: 189.5, no change from last week. Well, I was losing weight during the middle of the week. But I had a couple of bad days during the end of the week, mostly involving some chocolate chip laden trail mix my husband brought home (an extra large bag! Though I did limit myself to a couple of handfuls, while in the bad old days I would have plowed through half the bag.) At least I'm getting used to my new hours, and didn't have a big gain this week.
  • I'm at 145 even. I had a good day yesterday, very low in fat! Weekends usually do me in, so I'll try to be really careful this weekend. My DD is down to 149--our goal is 135.
  • I was off plan this week when we were out of town and I gained a couple of pounds but they have miraculously come off for my weigh in today! I'm back to 188, same as last week.
  • Okay, changing the way I wieght myself so I am down a few pounds put will be more accurate. In the morning after I blow dry my hair and eat breakfast.

  • I'm down to 255, from 262 just 6 days ago. Thank God and Dr. Agaston of the South Beach Diet.
  • I seem to be on a roll. I lost 3 more lbs. this week.
    I hope this keeps up, but I know it will slow down or stall before to much longer (I was 190 lbs. for about 2 years, so I see a stall there).

    Don't worry, that may not happen. I was at 204 for 15 years and just zoomed by that weight on the way down! (I thought I'd stall there too).
  • My weigh in day was on Wed. and I was down another 2lbs, yay!
  • I am 186, which puts me back to where I was pre-female troubles.

    I actually think I'm lower than that - but it's scary hot out, sodium consumption has been up, water consumption has been down. PLUS I feel hard on concrete stairs and really hurt my left glute (professional word for buttcheek ) which is STILL swollen and very painful. Then I hurt my knee (possibly related to the first injury). I've been on ibuprofen and restricted exercise for the past two days. *le sigh*

    Hope all heals and gets ready for next weekend - party time

    ive been really busy lately so i havent weighed in for a while but i think last time i did i was abotu 189. and now im 183. so 6lbs down so were getting there. so now i am down 25lbs so far from the start of my loss. yeye. im so happy. ways to go though good luck everyone.
  • 163 - 164 no change. Super slow but I stopped exercising on Tuesday. Too hot and I have a sunburn/heatrash mess on my arm and neck so that's definitely making me stay indoors. Too lazy or tired to go to the gym after work. :P At least I haven't gained! I'm controlling my calories and cutting my silly snacks that I used to have when I exercised. Tomorrow being TGIF, I hope to get some treadmill time before heading off to work. Wish me luck! I'll see 160 if it's the last thing I do! Grrrr...
