Wacky Wednesday Menu!

  • Breakfast: sf/ff lemon parfait yogurt, decaf w/light cream, fresh blueberries

    Lunch: tossed salad from home (yes it made me late this morning but too bad!), can of tuna, lf mayo
    1 banana

    Snack: green grapes

    Pre-gym: cheese string

    Dinner: roast chicken, corn on the cob, whole wheat pasta (still have some LO from the other day!).
