Hi my name is Tammy and I am a new one here and am looking for support and encouragement!
I started W.W. 3 years ago lost close to 60lbs then got ill and gained it all back plus some I am back again and really want to succeed!
I am working on this 1st week and finding that it is hard for me to track this time and journal any suggestions?
I am not happy where I am at in my weight and need to make a difference! I am looking forward to input and learning new things to make my journey go smoother! Looking forward to meeting new friends too!

KWIM? I also don't add in extra points (at least right now) for exercise, and I'm trying not to use any flex points at all either.
