    Exercise: Nothing much. A little walking.

    Over by one point so far, but not bad considering I ate out twice today. I have the banked points to cover it. But hopefully the midnight munchies don't attack. I try to have a few points left over every day for them.

    really got a workout this morning racewalking 6 miles - (earned 7 activity points carrying over 5 banked pts)

    Midday (8)
    2 bites turkey wrap - 1, shrimp/fake crabmeat - 2, dressing - 1, rice cakes - 2, chips - 2

    Evening (16)
    2 drinks - 4, cheddar cheese - 2, chips - 2, nuts - 3, crackers - 1
    tuna - 2, potatoes - 1, veggies - 1

    Total = 30.5 - 5 banked and 1 activity = 24.5

    need to really be careful rest of weekend (not likely)
  • So, thinking of what my buddy Laurel has said about my feelings about Trader Joes, I go there on Friday night w/DP to get supplies for her upcoming field course..

    the rest is history.

  • um, that is the one little problem with the Joe's - too many darn good darn things to darn eat (and they usually have free samples of cookies and chocolates hanging around - fortunately, free samples have no points).

    In my favor, I don't like fruity booty so that would not have been a problem. Regular cheesy booty - that would be a problem. It's okay, though, because I have been pick,pick,picking away at the bbq soy nuts. IT'S MEDICINAL I TELL YOU!!!!
