Dinner: Roast Chicken done in the Showtime Rotisserie, Core Mashed Potatoes, and corn on the cob
I've only been getting about six 8 ounce glasses in a day. I need to work on that.
Breakfast: lf/sf rasperry cranberry crumble yogurt, decaf w/light cream
Lunch (no leftovers in sight!): frozen PC blue menu (lf) roasted veggie lasagne, banana
Snack: LO couscous salad, carrots w/hummus
Dinner: marinated salmon steak, whole wheat pasta, green beans or broccoli
sf/lf rice pudding w/cool whip
Then DUCT TAPE MY MOUTH!
