Have you got a game plan? Thoughts on a diet and exercise routine to start with?
I attend Weight Watchers, which works for me, as I need the accountability and it is a very workable program.
I also walk everyday and drink 8-10 glasses of water each day.
Build up slowly on your exercise and on drinking water if you need. There are a lot of great programs on this site and a lot of supportive people.
Join a group or several groups and jump in!

Hello. Yes, I have a plan, I'm on the LA Weight Loss program. It's working too. I only drink water now, and I get more then the usual 8 glasses. Excersize, I walk almost every night with my hubby after dinner. We haven't walked in like 2 days because its been so hot outside. I'll be so glad when the winter comes.
