Sunday 7-16 / Monday 7-17 weigh in

  • My weigh in isn't good, up 5lbs. But it's TTOTM and I ate gardettos yesterday on the plane and not enough water. I feel blah today. Going to go get a shower, unpack, do laundry and hit the grocery store. Sounds exciting, doesn't it?

  • Welcome home Cathy.....glad you had a great vacation. I think everyone gains on vacation, it will come off fast if you get right back on plan.

    I am down 1 lb., seems I am getting 1lb/week......trying to get it up to 2 lbs!!!
    But I am happy it is going down.

    Lost a crown off my tooth Friday night, so this I'm sure will be a big expense and several trips to the dentist!!! I HATE THE DENTIST!!! Hey Lynn maybe I'll lose a few lbs....ya think..

  • well it's the same for me. up 220 but it is also ttotm for me as well. So perhaps i'll grab Anita's idea and weigh in again mid week.
  • I am down 1 lb from what I gained. I am at 188 - up 3 lb from the start of our challenge! But it is TOM for me as well, so hopefully I will lose a few this week, especially since I am on vacation next week!

    Sorry to hear about your tooth Phyllis! But I bet you will have a decreased appetite, so try to look on the bright side!

    Cathy, those 5 lbs should be gone in no time. There is definitely water retention from both the plane ride and TOM. Next weeks WI should be a nice number!!

    Anita - I know you will be fine by mid week. Keep ding what your doing, you are going strong!

    Don't forget to drink that water ladies!!!

  • I stayed the same this week. I got gluten somehow and was sick all day yesterday.
  • Oh, Susan sorry your ill....that must be a real hard job to watch for that in everything you eat.
