Nov 11 Count down - Can I do it? 15lbs?

  • Ok, I just scheduled a vacation for Nov 11 to a resort in Jamaica. (please read swim suit here )
    So, I have 15 pounds to lose before then, but at the same time, I am looking to add some muscle weight to replace the fat weight I am trying to lose. I have lost 30 lbs since my daughter was born 7 months ago, so I know that weight loss is slower at this point.
    **I follow WW at home at 20 pnts a day and do 30-45 minutes of cardio 3-4x a week. I have JUST added strength training 2x a week. **

    I am being to optimistic? Is this goal attainable?

  • OK. Thats good to hear. I'm the kind of person that can easily become discouraged if I set goals I cant really reach. But I am real motivated
