Today is an at-home day. I'm waiting for the company to come and take away the oxygen tank that Donald used & for the air conditioning man to come service the air conditioner - nothing wrong with it, just checking and cleaning.

OK, I guess it's time for me to get back on track with eating. As you can see, I've been avoiding talking about anything to do with my diet. Doctor will NOT be happy on Monday when he sees I have not lost my pre-surgery 20 lbs. Think there's a chance I could lose anything between now and Monday?

Last night I dreamed that I went on a liquid only diet. Maybe I should do that this weekend. Or, maybe I could get it together to actually eat the way I should be eating.

Well, it is my housecleaning day...between my dh sneezing & coughing and the dog pacing around starting at 5 a.m. this morning I am really not in the mood due to lack of sleep. It's only 9:45 and I'm ready for a nap. I am not a morning person!!!!!

I am STS weight wise, I peeked. I have walked 6 miles this week and hopefully 3 more before I take Sunday off....this should kick in sometime wouldn't you think?

Hope Marcie's job is going great and she is getting to feel part of the staff now and making great new friends. I know she'll fill us in when she has time.

Sounds like your keeping busy Lynn, lots of nice things you are doing. It will be hard to see Donald's things removed.....it will get better.

Susan your doing a great job too and stayiing busy. Ok Tammy how is it going? Cathy is doing a lot of walking on her vacation.....that will help keep the weight off. I know Anita said she has lost a lb.

Howdy all~
Today I'm just doing laundry and packing. I'm not ready to leave and then again I am. Crazy, huh? Yesterday we went to the big outlet mall in Grapevine, lots of walking!! Then went down the road to the Gaylord hotel. OMG!!! That place is beautiful. They have this cool river walk and when you look at a certain part of the hotel it looks like the Alamo. I wish we would have went to look at the one by Disney in Fla, I bet it had all sorts of Disney things. Also last night I went up to the tattoo shop to see my friends and my buddy recolored my chest piece. It hurt soooo bad, but soooo worth it. I got it almost 20yrs ago and it need to be recolored. It looks awesome now.
Anyway, hope everyone has a great weekend. We fly out tomorrow afternoon, so I'll check in with you all either in the morning or after we get home and settled.

Hi everyone,

Just a quick hello from me. You all seem to be doing fairly well. I have been OP! I have been exercising and eating really well.

I have found something that has been helping me not to binge at night. I eat a hardboiled egg and drink some ice water. It really helps me to not binge. It helps fill me up before bed. Anyway...I thought I would share.

I hope you all keep up the good work!!!

I'm back! It's been crazy busy around here. One boss had knee surgery, another one went on vacation and the third had gout. Of course this all happens when our department is moving to a new floor in the building. I've had to do a lot of packing and unpacking and all that jazz.

I'm looking forward to 20 minutes from now so I can go home!
