I am just curious as to what everyone has lost/toned etc using TJ and what specific videos helped you get those results.
I'll start I have the 1st set. I'll admit I don't like most of the set. I usually do the "Burn" part 2-3 consecutive times, and I also do the standing AB routine, I do all the TJ stuff 3/week
I have lost inches on my waist and hips. My butt has lifted and become firmer. But nothing from my ABS.
I also use a non-TK weight video for my weights 3-4/week, and I also use use my exercise bike 3/week.
1. Better cardio endurance (can last through the longer TJ sets)
2. Can now zip up 3 flights of stairs in the parking garage at work
3. Better balance
4. Lost 9 lbs. (as of the last weigh in)
5. Lost 7" (arms, waist, hips, chest)
6. Sleep better
7. Better energy throughout the day
8. A better mind-set: Finally believe that I CAN do this!
9. Better muscle tone in my legs and arms
10. Being able to use this forum to "pay it forward": Maybe we'll inspire someone else to take charge of their health.
I workout with TJ six times a week. When I'm not participating in a challenge, I'll throw another type of w/o in just to mix things up a bit. I have the original and advanced TJ sets and I LOVE THEM ALL!!! I've been jammin' since 5/4/06.
The first time I did the 10 day kickstart I lost 8lbs in 10 days. I stuck with the plan to the "T" though. I tried doing the kickstart plan again but just couldn't stick with it but over all I have lost 12lbs. I can now fit into my jeans that I couldn't fit into a month ago. I don't feel like I've lost much in my waist but I know my thighs and butt are much smaller now.
