I am new to these boards. I am 37 years old and recently quit smoking. I am watching my diet and eating healthy but need to get more exercise. I am definitely phobic about exercise and at this point do none at all. Can anyone recommend a DVD that will start me off on working out in a slow pace. I watched one DVD that was so fast and complicated I just laughed and shut if off. I need something realistic. I need to loose about 45 pounds and I know that with quitting smoking the only way I am going to do this is with exercise
I am looking for aerobic dvd's for beginners that will help get my metabolism up. Any suggestions would be great. I don't have a lot of money for a gym membership or to buy dvd's that won't work.
