Can anyone tell me how to count the LA lite guacamole recipe? I wrote the recipe down when I was at the center but didn't write down the nutritional breakdown.

The guac in the recipe book says 1/4 C. in a veg and a fat

Can someone share the guac recipe? I probably shouldn't even go there, since right at this moment some guac accompanied with a nice tall frozen margarita sounds good. (yes, it's only 10 AM, but I've had a busy morning!). But, it's really not worth it in the end. Instead, I think I'll go walk my dog really fast around the block!!

Guacamole

2 avocados, diced
1/2 small onion, diced
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
1 roma tomato, seeded and diced
juice of 1 lime
1/2 t. lite salt
1 jalapeno, diced (optional)

In a large bowl, lightly mash avocado with a fork.
Next add remaining ingredients, toss to combine.
Chill 30 minutes before serving.

Serving size 1/4 C.
Counts as: V,FA
Size according to plan
