So I went to my first meeting today and was told I can eat 22 points. Now is it me...or does that seem like NOTHING!? I'm in total panic mode though about what to eat. I looked over the sample week 1 menu they gave me and none of it sounds good to me. I'm just stressing if this was the right decision, but I want to succeed and know I can do it.
Oh...I just don't know. Could anyone help me out with a good sample menu to try?
