headed to Massanutten Resort for a freebie hotel/waterpark stay with my 2 boys and a girlfriend and her boy. What fun! Now I headed there on day 7 of wave 1. I hvae loved wave 1 and tried really hard to be frugal and sensible at the same time but sadly frugal won out
As I explained to DH, for me who has been eating wonderfully on wave 1 and enjoying it so much-I ate terrible. For someone who eats crap all the time, I didn't do too badly. Basically it wasn't Sonoma-for goodness sakes I think a PB&J on white bread even made it's way past my lips
but it wasn't all donuts and transfats either...ok so i"m off to join the challenge post. Gotta rethink my plan here. I'm thinking of restarting or at the very least extending wave 1 by a few days. Sadly I also pulled a muscle in my leg/groin. I'm not sure the severity yet but it's sure to put a crimp in my exercise plan, at least hte cardio portion...
I'm very excited to see so many newbies joining. I want the Sonoma board to rule the world!!!!



No I have been playing around with it and that will get me nowhere near my 60 lb. lost I need to do.
