The only healthy potatoe is the plain baked potatoe? I have been trying to find some lower cal recipies other than mashing them plain, or baking and eating plain. I love mashed potatoes w/lots of butter, milk and salt. But I am finding they are too many calories that way. Any suggestions or alternatives? Without the fat free ranch idea.. I hate ranch lol.
