Hello! I'm almost afraid to ask....but like a zillion other women,I have found that while in menopause losing weight is impossible. I've thought of following the low-carb lifestyle.....s.somers/atkins/protein ......but hesitate to try anything drasticly new,for fear of slowing my metabolism even more....right now it's at a slow crawl........so I'm just eating less...of everything except salads,which I'm eating more of.....I'm going on vacation in a few wks. but when I get back....I want to be involved in 'a plan' that will work!.......hope all you ladies 'out there' who have been in this same boat as I will respond with your opinions....and successes.
