Aug 8th goal 5weeks to go

    Im trying to get to 190 by aug 8th. i was 190 when i got pregnant with my second son in 200 4. im currently 198 so thats 8lbs in 5 weeks. so thats less then 2lbs a week. so lets see if we can get there. wish me luck
