    WI is around the corner...I peaked and I STS so far. I've got until Monday to try to correct that

    We have eaten out already 2x's this week and are going out tonight, this is killing me!!! I have been lax on my walking too, last week I walked 6 miles and this week 1!!! I'll do 2 miles today maybe that will shake things up. Maybe I should be happy with STS for this week.

    So happy for Marcie getting her job and moving, lots of new things happening for her, good things.

    How's the vacation going Cathy? How long will you be there? Tammy I joined your 21 day challenge thread, your getting quite a few of us on it.

    Lynn, I hope your doing well....thinking about you. And Anita looks like your back on track to lose your few lbs., you know you can do it .

    Hey Dani where are you???? Looking forward to seeing your posts.

    Howdy ya'll
    Vacation is going wonderfully, thanks Phyllis. We head back to MI next saturday. I'm not ready to leave yet. We normally stay 4-6 wks but with me working now, that changed.
    I almost got on the scale this morning to peek, but I'll wait til tomorrow. I think I'm doing well. You must be making good food choices when you eat out, Phyllis. And I look at STS as a good thing, it's better than gaining. I'm going to go hit the pool for my evening swim. Man I'm going to miss that too when I go back home....

    Today has ended up being good. I woke up with a wicked migraine at 5:30 this morning. It took 2 Imitrex to wipe it out. Of course, then I was so tired from the medicine. But I'm doing better now. I've been packing. I got my boys' room, my room, the bathrooms, and closets done. Now I'm working on the kitchen. Yikes. I need many more boxes.

    Lynn, it's so good to see you back.

    Cathy, it's so great that you get to swim while on vacation. I love swimming. Swim suits, not so much.

    Phyllis, I think I STS this week, too. But at least it isn't gaining! I'm hoping working will help. I won't be home with the fridge all day!
