lost 25 lbs.. but have gained 9 back.
but determined to lose again.. so i am back.. this time to stay.

    missed you all.

    so how is everyone doing?
  • Huggy - Welcome to the 100 lb club!! I think we all know about those pesty regains - but what's important is that your back! WELCOME!!!!
  • Welcome back! Not sure if we have "met" yet or not (kinda hard to keep track of everyone here), but nice to "meet" you! Regains suck, but you aren't letting that discourage you, and you're getting back on track, and that's what counts so that's great!
  • Just a small misstep that you'll overcome quickly. Glad you're back!
  • Welcome back, Huggy! I'm currently working off a 17 pound regain, so I get where you're coming from. Good on you for tackling it before it gets too out of hand.
  • Welcome back! You are certainly not alone, there are lots of old faces poping up around here now.
  • back!!!! In the grand scheme of things.. 9 pounds is NOT that bad! You recognized it, and decided to do something about it before 9 turned into 18 or 32.. thats a great step in the right direction.. !!!
  • back. I look forward to getting to know you.

    Trish

i was up to 340lbs from my 275 last time i was here. so i REALLY need to do this now. i can hardly move. walking is painfull and i am missing out on my kids lives, i cant even sit on the floor to play with them anymore

so now I AM BACK!! for real this time.. i will sign in EVERY day.. here on this post.. to keep me accountable. my weigh ins are wed nights so i will hope to update my tiker every wed night
  • Welcome! I am also a mom of five. And one of my favorite parts about the weight loss is that I am able to do so much more with my kids! (I am now training for a half-marathon with my 14YO daughter and 12YO son. Who woulda thunk?) And it won't take you until you get to goal to be able to enjoy the benefits of taking better care of yourself. I saw results within weeks and was able to do more and enjoy more of my kids just from the lifestyle changes (eating better and exercising), though the weight loss was certainly a huge step as well.

Great to have you here! Can't wait to hear your success stories.
  • Welcome back!
  • back!! I know you'll be able to reach your goals. Sometimes we fall off the horse the important thing is to get back.
