The WW Wendie plan is AWESOME!!!!

  • The wendie plan for WW is so cool!!!!! I have been stuck at an average of about 124.5 for about 6 weeks and I have been doing WW everyday. It was so discouraging. I've been restricting what I eat and not even losing weight! So I checked out the Wendie plan and decided to give it a try. I weighed 124.2 last Wednesday and made that my super high point day, it's only been 4 1/2 days and I've already lost 3.2 lbs!!!!!!!!!!! I'm down to 121.0!!!!! I can't believe it! I am so excited and I LOVE my high point day. It is such a treat!!! If anyone has hit a plataeu I HIGHLY RECCOMEND this plan with WW.

  • Wendie's plan is just the same thing as FlexPoints is. She just discovered it before W/W did. It is just a way to utilize all your points over the course of the week.

    I know Wendie and she is fab and was very impressed when she came up with this idea before W/W.

    So if you utilize all your points and vary your points day to day it is the same thing as Wendie's plan.

  • You guys are doing great! I want to start the Wendie Plan too! I weigh in on Mondays so I was thinking about starting it tomorrow (Sunday). Is that a good day to start if your weigh in is Monday?

    The basic idea is.. you vary your points up and down day to day to keep your metabolism going. The focus is on having one superhigh points day about 4 days before your weighin followed by 3 relatively low points days.
  • I'm thinking about trying the Wendie plan next week. If only I could figure out my points....I suck at math.
