  • Hello everyone! I lost 13 pounds already, I'm so excited! Week one DOWN! I just ate better. I didn't even exercise at all this week, Except for today. My mini Goal is get down to 299 in 5 weeks. So now I have 4 weeks to lose 20 pounds. I'm eating every 3 hours, small healthy meals, i stop eating before 8 pm and i just started working out today so I hope the rest of the week goes well. I wasn't suppose to get weighed until next friday at weight watchers but I was in the store today and I saw the blood pressure/scale thing and was like I gotta see if I lost something and woohoo i did!


    July Goals


    1. Keep eating right

    2. Lose 20 pounds

    7-1-06 - 13 Pounds lost
    7-7-06 - 3 Pounds lost
    7-14-06 - 3 Pounds lost
