Well I havent set any mini goals for my self other then to always lose some weight a week even if it was very very little! I was so excited that today was my weigh in an I have been busting my butt to get started so I just had to share that I lost 5 pounds this week!!!!! anyways thats about all I really had to say but I am so happy that I wanted to shout it out to the world but because that would be a little silly I will shout it out to you all!!!
But be careful setting goals tied to the scale. There will be weeks you do everything right and it either stays the same or goes up! You can't completely control the scale like you can your behaviors!
