You will love it! I ordered mine a month ago and feel SO GOOD as I get better and better at all the moves! It helped me get off this awful plateau that I had been on. I have lost ten pounds this month, and I'm having FUN doing it!
Chalene Johnson is very encouraging, and the low-impact options that she gives with Mindy and AnnaRita are so helpful. I feel younger knowing that I am doing the same moves as people younger than I am!

I hope that you enjoy Turbo Jam as much as I have!

Cassie ~~ I have a feeling you're going to love it. I've been jamming since May 4th and will admit that I'm addicted. I have to force myself to alternate TJ with other workouts. And when I do perform some other type of workout, it has been really boring. I hope you get yours soon. Let us know what you think after you've jammed.

I just received mine a few days ago. I did the Learn & Burn for the 1st time yesterday. I think I am going to like it. It was fun. My back is sore today but I have had a back injury in the past and am now sure those muscle are going to have to be strengthened.

Maybe you can join me on a 10 day challenge when you get them.

Angel, I would L-O-V-E to join you in a 10 day challenge! I just can't wait for them to get here, but it will probably take a few extra days with the holiday coming on Tuesday. But I got the free express shipping, so it still shouldn't be too long!

I'm a TJ fan too but I have to admit I've been doing more walking than jamming lately.

Would you like to start the 10 day challenge on Monday? Or do you think this is too soon? I am going to do the Learn & Burn for a couple of days until I am completely comfortable. I have a back injury that I am having to baby alot. (Dont try to move a loaded bookcase sideways - You will lose!)

It looks like the other 10 day challenge is over - maybe some of them would like to start again.

BTW- Congrats on the 49# weight loss! That is so awesome. What have you been doing so far?

I would love to start on Monday, but it depends on what time UPS gets here. I know that as soon as it's here I'll sit down to watch some of it, and then start on the Learn and Burn. Sorry to hear about your back injury!

Thanks for the congrats! I'm just calorie counting and exercising. I do WATP, The Biggest Loser, and Tae Bo, as well as a few other DVD's. Can't wait to add in Turbo Jam!

FYI...if you want to join a 10-day challenge starting Monday, July 10th, please post to the "Turbo Jam Advanced Rotation ~ July 10th - July 24th and beyond" thread started by Sigma3. Even though a few of us will be using the advanced dvd's, she has also posted the rotations for the first set of workouts. So, everyone is welcome to join us...hope to see you there.
