I just made beef and barley soup(more stew like) for dinner and it is AWSOME!
I've never cooked with barley before, I am happy to report an amazing first try!.

I'd love the recipe. Campbell's beef and barley soup is one of my faves and I'm sure the homemade version would be much better!
