Thursday 29th June, plan for a nearly perfect day

  • Brekky
    10g Grape nuts, 10g puffed wheat, 1/2 C oats, 1/2 C light soya milk

    Snack
    3 bacon medallions on 1 sl wholewheat toast
    apple

    Lunch
    Jacket potato with cottage cheese

    Snack
    Air-popped popcorn and a yoghurt, probably an apple too


    2 hours Kickboxing

    Snack
    Protein Bar

    Dinner

    Veggie Burger maybe with corn if I can wait long enough to cook it!
  • Last nights D- Ham sand. WW bread. s- cookies only 3

    Today
    B- all bran, 2% milk
    s-snack bites
    L-Soup,Peaches
    s-tuna
    D-update later

    I walked for 40mins yesterday. I will walk longer today.....

    I feel so much better today! I know I am doing better!!!!!
  • B - 2 pieces of whole grain toast, natural peanut butter

    S - Horizons organic plain fat free yogurt, sliced strawberries

    L - going to Qdoba. Plan to get the chicken taco salad - no shell. Romaine, chicken, pico de gallo, red salsa, 1/2 serving of guacamole.

    S - 1 mango

    S - tall non fat sugar free latte

    S - cut up veggies (baby carrots, sugar snap peas, grape tomatoes, red pepper strips)

    D - Going out for sushi. I'm going to get seaweed salad and sashimi (yellow tail and salmon)
  • B - 20 cherries and 2 bananas

    L - 1 serving of spaghetti with marinara sauce (no meat, added veggies)

    S - 1 8 oz container Dannon plain nonfat yogurt

    D - leftover chicken biryani with a chicken leg...mmmm mmmm.

    B- piece of toast with an hard boiled edd
    S- couple yogurt covered raisins
    L- subway 6 inch, brown bread, no cheese or sauce, one with less then 6 grams of fat
    S- i dunno
    D- maybe another half of subway or something

    Today is pretty up in the air, we get our house any time now and I wanna go over and start cleaning. I have a few boxes packed. I did 80 min on my bike and spent an hour or more packing. Today is gonna be busy!!
