Getting Strong

  • As some of you know I've been on my diet for 2 weeks now going on 3. It's been really great actually. And I'm getting stronger everyday. I have not cheated at all during my diet and I find myself saying "NO" to foods that I don't need and to temptation. I believe that this diet is the serious one and the one that i'm never going to give up on. I just got so tired of diets failing in the past that I had now will power to start again. But now I have more energy, and lots more will-power to keep on going.

    I can't wait to see what the scales read next Tuesday! Last week I lost 12 pounds, but it was probably because of water weight. But anyways.. what ever the scales read I WILL be happy and I will NOT get discouraged. I have a great future ahead of me and NOTHING will hold me back!
