  • Tuesday: 60 minutes of water aerobics-

  • Wednesday: 20 minutes of walk/running

  • Monday-- Walked 4 miles with my Buddy and a girlfriend.
    Tuesday-- 1 hour at Curves.
    Wednesday-- Walked 6.2 miles with 5 friends on a year round walk set up by the Lilac Volksports Association. We did this in 1 hour and 50 minutes....Woo Hoo!!!
  • Thursday-- 1 hour at Curves.
  • Thursday: 30 minutes of water aerobics
