hey all, I've been doing the south beach since Jan and have been loving it but lately I've been waaaay to lax about it and rather than just restarting phase 1 I thought I'd explore a bit. Now the sonoma doesn't sound that different, wave 1 is a little and the plate portion thing is different but the types of foods are pretty similar so I figure it should be easy enough.
I'm heading to the gym at noon so I'll buy the book on my way. If I have enough foods at home that count, I'll start tomorrow. Yay!! I'm so close to my goal and just need some extra ooomoh to get me there...hope this is it!
I guess I'll jump on the exercise post too, not a problem for me as i try to hit 1600 min a month. My calves are killing me so I hope my workout today doesn't snap me like a twig...
