Well I got on the scales this a.m. and I am up!!! I always seem to go up the day after I exercise??? I had read some where that your muscles hold water after an exercise session? I know when I went to the gym I never went down on the scale but my clothes fit a bit better so I guess there is something to that.

Just another HOT & SUNNY day here with no rain....we badly need rain. I have an appt. to get my haircut today and the great trip to the grocery store. How exciting is that!!

We have a pizza/bingo deal tonight at the clubhouse....I hate BINGO but we will go to be with out neighbors. I will try to eat only 1 peice of pizza, it usually isn't the kind I like anyway.

Tomorrow we have an anniversary dinner to go to, so again the food prepared is out of my control. I'll do the best I can.

It is a good thing the challenge is starting Sunday....I'm sure going to need it.

I got up and did a lot around the house this morning, so I am off to a good start today. I'm going to take the kids shopping in a little while.

Really didn't have much of appetite yesterday. Still don't today either for that matter. I know you are suppossed to eat every three hours, but sometimes I just have no appetite. We will probably get something to eat while we are out and about today, but I am really going to concentrate on making good choices. I am thinking tossed salad....

Been running around this morning getting a birthday present for one of the boys friend. They're both going to his party tomorrow. I'm getting ready to take them over to another friend's house for a sleep over. So me and dh actually get a date night. :LOL: We're going to go look at the showcase houses and get some ideas for our next house and probably out to dinner.
After I drop the boys off I'm going to go touch up my last basement, then go shopping for a bathing suit. I dread shopping and trying on bathing suits.
Phyllis ~ you might try putting lemon in your water. You may be retaining water and the lemon helps flush your system.

Good morning ladies -- it's still morning here for 45 more minutes!

It's finally Friday!

We are going to the Greeley Stampede tomorrow. It's a festival/rodeo/concert/food fest/carnival that is in Greeley, CO every year. My husband is hoping this one food vendor is back that makes homemade pies -- he went nuts last year. Thank goodness I'm allergic to pie!

My house is a mess and I'm not in the mood to care. I told John he may only have one good arm, but that means he has one hand that can carry his junk back upstairs and put it away instead of having it all over my living room!

And it's freezing in my office -- I am wearing both a sweater and a sweat jacket!

Yeah...it is Friday! I managed to eat fairly well yesterday and did my workout. My problem is later at night. I keep binging! GRRRR! It wasn't as bad last night but still....WEIRD! I know I shouldn't do it but I still do it....
