OMG! I just bought the two disc dvd set of Jillians Maximize workouts and geez-louise was it a hard workout. I normally work out for about 60-80 minutes with pilates and toning, and then 60 minutes of cardio. And let me tell ya, the two workouts had me sweating more than those two combined!!
I had no idea she could work me so hard! I told my husband that she might as well have come over to my house and kicked my butt! Ha!
Just wanted to tell ya what I thought.....
