This morning DH was home so I left my kiddo at home, took the dog, and set out... I ended up climbing allll the way to the top of the radar tower on base. OMG that is a STEEP road! My pedometer says it's a mile to the top! I felt AMAZING once I got up there! I only wish I'd brought my camera. The view was GORGEOUS, ocean on 3 sides of me and my house below looked sooo tiny!! The look on the faces of a group of marines puffing up the road as I came down with my little white pomeranian was PRICELESS!!! like "HTF did she get up HERE?!" haha I can't wait to brave it again!
