101 Weight Loss Tips and Tricks - Day One

    Tip #1: Put a Mirror in Your Kitchen

    A study at Iowa State University found that when people ate in front of a large mirror, they consumed considerably less of high-fat foods that were offered. Researchers believe that when people focus on what they are doing, which they must do when facing a mirror, they make more effort to keep their behavior in line with their goals.

  • I think looking in a mirror while eating would cause me to develop an eating disorder! lol I wouldn't want to eat and look at myself...
