Howdy, hello and hi!

  • Hi all-

    Another new member here! I've been browsing for a couple of days, and registered shortly afterward. I'm approaching 200 lbs, and that's scary for me. I recently married the love of my life and our wedding photos hit me hard. I looked great, but it was the biggest I have ever been. I'm starting off this journey by watching what I eat, and I'm going to try to throw in a little exercise after that. No time like the present! I've read some of your stories and they are great for me as I know I'm not alone and others have won this battle as well.

    Going to the grocery store tonight...must think healthy!!! I just wanted to post to thank you all in advance for having this great online community for people!

    Water...ah water. I never liked water that much, but I'm forcing myself to drink it. I've downed 48 ounces today, a good start for me!
  • Okay...calm down, soothe yourself...the prewedding jitters and panic-stress-crazy planning is all over now. Sigh, take a deep breath. You made it. The wedding is over. Now you can get back to the real world.

    I hate drinking water, too. Maybe together we will learn to like it? I doubt it.

    Plus, I love lookin' at wedding pictures. That was my main reason for posting. I just wanna see the pictures.
