In need of some ideas

  • Can anyone recommend a good cardio video that's about 30 minutes? I'm looking to change up my morning routine. For the last 4 months I've been doing the WATP 2 mile high calorie burn with 3 pound weights. And don't get me wrong I like it but I am thinking I need to change things up a bit to rekickstart my weightloss. Right now I have a 30 minute window between 5am-5:30am. I have a little more time for my afternoon workout but I really don't want to get up any earlier than 5:00am. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks
  • Oh well
  • I don't use videos myself, but at 5 am the sun is coming up (here at least!). Can you walk or run outside? Jump rope for 30 minutes? Use a mini-trampoline?

Sorry I can't be more help.
  • The Firm has some 30 minute workouts, Tae Bo Basics are 30 minutes, Kathy Smith's Project You has some 30 minute workouts and she might have some others too, Denise Austin has some or she has her two 30 minute each workouts on TV (Lifetime) that I used to tape each morning and do. Turbo Jam (which I love) has a few 30 minute workouts and one 20 minute and Yoga Booty Ballet has some 35 minute workouts. (Project You, Turbo Jam, and Yoga Booty Ballet you will find at Beachbody dot com). You can also to to Collage Video and look there - they also have reviews. Good luck!

  • I also love Kathy Smith! Her videos are all really good. Most are 30 minutes or less and she has everything from kickboxxing to step to Latin Dance so you should be able to find something.
  • Thanks ladies.
I actually ordered Kathy Smith's Project You yesterday. We have a points reward system at work so I ended up getting it for free off of Amazon.
I can't wait until it gets here. I'm ready to chane things up a bit.
