Sonoma on the go

  • Does anyone have any tips on eating out on sonoma -- Break - Lunch or Dinner --

    it is hard to prepare meals and I am going to start the sonoma tomorrow ---

    Hi!
    I'm on wave one until tomorrow.

    I've been taking to work the following for snacks:

    celery, broccoli, zucchini or yellow squash slices
    raw almonds
    whole grain low fat crackers
    Laughing Cow cheese
    peanut butter

    For lunch I generally have a salad with EVOO and vinegar or a fat free ranch.
    I try to have some kind of protein such as grilled chicken or roast beef slices on top of the salad.

    Supper is when I have my grilled vegetables with some type of meat.
