  • For inspiration and a shot in the arm, I went looking for pictures of myself from before I started losing weight. They are few are far between as I have always made sure that I was behind the camera instead of in front of the camera. Also only a few head shots, I can't even find any full body shots of me at my heaviest. Anyway, here are before, then one -70 lbs, then a pretty current one -90 lbs.

  • Hubba hubba!! REALLY impressive! thanks for sharing that, really inspires me.
  • Thanks, Ladies, for your kind words. I've been in a funk for the last couple of weeks and still am. It helped me to see the difference, cause at the time I wasn't feeling a big difference. You guys are great.
  • Congrats - you are doing so well.

One of the many things I've learned from successful loss maintainers here at 3FC is that taking "maintenance breaks" (ie. plateaus) along the way can help you be even more successful in keeping the weight off.

So consider any lull a "maintenance breaK" and practice, practice, practice
  • You do look 10 years younger, and you look amazing, very beautiful! Way to go! I would love to see some body shots also! Keep up the great work!
  • Wow, wtg! You do look younger! Very inspiring! You should start taking some full body shots, even if just for your own records to show yourself your progress along the way!!
  • You look fantastic! Looking at old pictures is like a double edged sword for me. I love to see how far I have come but it always upsets me at how far I let myself go. Keep up your good work you look GREAT!!!!!!!!!
