maybe i'm the only one with no will power, but everytime i see it, it's mighty tempting to want to grab some (and maybe a margarita to go with it).

It's a mouseover ad that shows recipes for 4 types of salsa. Three of them are fat free and low calorie, and they are all pure vegetables (one includes fruit), so salsa can be a great way to get in your veggies. For the chips, choose the baked tortilla chips so they have less fat. They are considered whole grains and can be good for you in moderation.
