I was at the gym yesterday, and this very fit and attractive man needed to work in with me for lat pull-downs. I'm married and wearing a ring. Anyhow, after he reset my weight to where I needed it, he leaned over and said "I just wanted to tell you that you look amazing". Then he walked away leaving me stunned and wordless. Wow, was that ever motivating! I've lost around 130 pounds, and almost at goal. Just thought I'd share! I'd post a before and after but I'm technologically impaired. : ))
