Here's before and after.....I'm not quite where I wanna be yet...but inquiring minds have been asking for pics.

The befores are actually like a year before I started changing the way I eat. I got a little bigger after this time...but I was walking daily already. So - I had it half right.


Beware - business analyst coding....WHEW - I got them to show up better.
